Di Martino is one of Italy's leading high-quality pasta manufacturers, located in Gragnano, Campania, southern Italy, with a 500-year history of pasta making.
Produced in the town of Gragnano, using bronze dies, and meeting the requirements of a protein content of 13% or more (Di Martino's own standard is a minimum of 14%), it has obtained the EU-certified "Gragnano IGP" mark. The pasta, made with 100% Italian hard wheat and traditional low-temperature, long-term drying, is highly regarded in Italy.
