Di Martino is one of Italy's leading high-quality pasta manufacturers, located in Gragnano, Campania, southern Italy, with a 500-year history of pasta-making. Produced in the town of Gragnano, using bronze dies, and meeting the requirements of a protein content of 13% or more (Di Martino's own standard is a minimum of 14%), the pasta has been awarded the EU-certified "Gragnano IGP" mark. The pasta, made with 100% Italian hard wheat and traditional low-temperature, long-term drying, is highly regarded in Italy.

<Di Martino's Commitment>
Pasta di Gragnano IGP
Pasta di Gragnano IGP is the only pasta that has been awarded the IGP certification.
This is a prestigious certification that protects the authenticity and strict manufacturing process of Gragnano pasta.
The durum wheat used is 100% Italian. This pasta is made with only Italian wheat and no foreign wheat is blended in. Only high-quality wheat that meets the company's standards, including color and nutritional value, is used.
Because we use bronze dices, the rough surface makes it easy for the sauce to cling to the surface, allowing you to enjoy it until the last bite.
This delicious pasta is dried for a long time at low temperature without compromising the flavor of the wheat.
This pasta has a protein content of 14%, exceeding the IGP regulation of 13%, and is easy to digest and remains al dente.
