Carripo was founded in Pizzo, a small coastal village in the Calabria region, in a bay famous for its high-quality tuna catches.
Tuna in olive oil
Yellowfin tuna caught in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans are flash frozen at sea. The tuna delivered to our factory in Calabria is processed and canned while still fresh. The color is a light pink, which indicates freshness.
